ElevenReader alternative with audio files
Every plan makes audio files you keep. Free makes an MP3 file for each chapter, up to three hours of audio, once per account. Pro makes one M4B audiobook with chapters and a cover, or all chapters as MP3 files in one ZIP.
Listen in any app
MP3 plays in any audiobook app, and M4B opens in Apple Books on a Mac with its chapters. File names have the book title, the chapter number and the chapter title, so they stay in order on your phone.
Whole books in your browser
Open a PDF, EPUB, DOCX, TXT or MD file, pick a chapter to start from, and press Convert book. The chapters are made in order, and listening starts within a minute or two. There is nothing to install.
One payment, no subscription
Pro is one payment, with no hour or character limit. It adds 11 natural voices, for 13 in US and UK English, and a pronunciation list.
Your file stays private
The file is opened in your browser, and the audio is made on your computer. With Pro, conversion works without internet after the one-time voice preparation.
