What is read from the EPUB
- Chapters: the chapter names come from the book's table of contents. A chapter that is not listed there is named after its own heading.
- Title and author: from the book's details, for the files and the audiobook.
- Cover: the book's cover image, for the M4B audiobook (Pro).
- Front pages: the cover page, title page, copyright page, contents, dedication and similar pages are marked "Not read aloud", so the audio starts with the story.
